I was doing some work on our Myspace page this evening and saw that we had passed the half-million mark on our music player. I said to myself, "Self...that's a lot of plays!"
On one hand, 500,000 plays doesn't seem like a lot when I think about the millions of plays some artists get. But on the other hand, when I think about where we were a year ago and the fact that we only had 100,000 plays back in January, it feels good to hit 500,000!
When I thought about this, I said to myself, "Ahem...Self...remember to thank all of the people who helped you reach this milestone."
I thanked myself for the reminder and here I am, thanking you...that's right...you. All of you. Any person that has listened to a song...or maybe 2 songs...thank you.
